Fighting Mentor

Hi! I came here a long time ago with a posting problem. I take my time to make sure everything is written correctly. I've been judged when I was a beginner at a young age and never had any help so it had effected me in a way. I would always freeze up and/or respond late out of fear of doing things wrong to the point where I would be skipped over in a group role-play. I had some helpful tips from Tiko (Thank you!) but then life got in the way so I lost hold of the site. However, I'm back here once again asking for some help on my role-play. I learned that my problem is mainly because I'm not used to role-playing certain things or I would over think the persons judgement of my posts. I'm older now and more confident. I'm ready to fight these flaws.

I haven't had much experience role-playing fighting scenes. I know the rules, not to control ones character's movement or auto hitting (If there's more please tell me!). But knowing these rules I've noticed that I would have my character give in and lose the fight in fear of breaking them (If that makes any sense). I would like to be more aggressive and learn how to use my character to fight more effectively.

I've had trouble describing some things like clothing, positions, certain gestures and others. I'm not sure if it's something someone could help me with or if I can do it on my own but I'd like to improve on that.

I would also like some help with group role-plays. I've received helpful tips from Tiko but I have yet to try any of them out.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
I hope to find a mentor! ^^
